Trench.top ("the Game", "we", "us") is an online fantasy game built on the Solana blockchain. Digital trading cards represent real, publicly identifiable onchain traders whose public wallet activity is scored weekly. By connecting a wallet or using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to use blockchain applications in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing your local law. The Game is not offered where fantasy games with prizes, digital collectibles, or crypto payments are prohibited, and any mechanic treated differently by local law is not offered to residents of that jurisdiction.

Your account is your Solana wallet. We never hold your keys and cannot recover them. Any action signed by your wallet is yours. One person may not operate coordinated multi-accounts to farm rewards or referrals.

Cards are digital game items with programmatically limited supply. They are entertainment content: they are not equity, debt, an investment contract, or a claim on any trader or on us. Card supply rules (rarity caps, elastic emission, burning) are enforced in the Game database and may be extended onchain later.

Pack purchases, auction purchases and all randomized content are final and non-refundable once the Solana transaction confirms. Pack odds are displayed in the shop. You waive any withdrawal right that may otherwise apply to digital content delivered immediately.

Weekly tournaments are free to enter - owned cards are the only ticket. Prize pools are discretionary competitive rewards funded by a share of pack revenue, paid from prize balances in stablecoins or SOL. Prizes are not wagering winnings. Accounts violating these terms forfeit unpaid balances. Scoring is computed from public blockchain data by our oracle; while we publish the method openly, all scoring decisions are final.

Trench Points are an in-game accounting unit with no guaranteed monetary value and no redemption right. In-game prediction markets (faction war, over/under) are played exclusively with points, never with money; a rake on those markets accrues to the Game. Points balances may be adjusted for fraud, abuse, or error.

The peer-to-peer card marketplace charges a fee on each sale, part of which accrues to the carded trader. Listings are offers you control; sales are final on settlement. We are not a party to peer-to-peer trades and make no representation about card prices.

Cards reference public onchain wallets and public social identities. Carded traders may verify their identity to claim accrued fees. If you are a carded trader and want your card removed, contact us on X and we will retire it from future supply.

Cryptocurrency and digital items are volatile and can lose all value. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Nothing in the Game is financial advice, and no communication from us should be read as a promise of profit or future value of any token, card, or point.

Botting, exploiting bugs, wash trading to manipulate scores or markets, sybil referral farming, and any manipulation of scoring inputs are prohibited and punished by permanent bans, forfeiture of balances, and reversal of ill-gotten rewards. Found a bug? Report it - we reward honest disclosure.

Game parameters (drop rates, prices, prize splits, scoring composites, emission schedules, market rules) may be adjusted at any time for balance and sustainability. Changes apply equally to all players and never retroactively confiscate settled prizes.

The Game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for wallet compromises, RPC failures, blockchain outages, or third-party data errors.
